Better City responded immediately to my emergency. Within 6 hours of my call everything was done and cleaned up.

They did a decent enough job with the cutting, and David seems knowledgeable. However, I asked for them to leave fire wood from my eucalyptus tree, which had a very large cutting, and they left me a measly little pile that barely could be called firewood. It would barely fill a small wagon. Who knows where the rest went. It's a small detail, not I really wanted that fire wood.

Excellent service to remove 4 large Oak limbs overhanging my roof line in Brentwood. David came by to give a free quote and offered competitive pricing. Needed some old and really big redwood trees cut on our backyard. Was worried that they would have a hard time being that the trees were on a steep hill plus our pool. But they managed to make it happen! Cut the trees down in a few hours, cleaned up and did a great job!
